Midnight Espresso

I have developed my original concept for Midnight Espresso further to fit with the Lashings development for my visual system. I have revealed more of the location in the top left and the bottom right corners, I have added in a fist to show the emotion of anger and I have finally changed my illustrations to a slice of cheesecake and a coffee. I changed the illustrations because everybody I spoke to said that when they go there they get a coffee and a slice rather than a burger or a bagel. I hope that this now reflects Midnight Espresso better than before.

The Arborist

I have also developed my original concept for The Arborist further to fit with the other two ‘collages’ for my visual system. I have revealed more of the destination in this spread in the top left corner and the bottom right corner and have used the illustrations of wine and a wine glass or a cocktail. The photo of the smile is there to reflect the emotion of happiness, however, I feel as though I need to do something more to it, so I will bring this up in the interim presentation.

Reflection

I like where my visual system is going but I know I need to continue to work on them because they are definitely not perfect yet. I think I still need to work on tweaking them to make them fit better together and to show my three tiers of information better.
